Numoda norms

Under each Therapeutic Area, we norm for the following:

Speed to market:
or speed to product offering (viz, our norm is $30 MM dollars in advanced revenues by getting to market 30 days faster for a drug of this type in a trial of this complexity, measured @ $1MM/day)

Cost to market:
we also norm for cost to market under each therapeutic category, to include current norms for less lost data, better logistics etc.  

Speed to recycle development:
a third category is speed to cash recycle/start next development.

In each norm category we calculate the dollar equivalents of datalock, enrollment, newsflow, amendments, etc 

A major consideration will be exactly which of your current norms to include as facilitating speed to market vs. cost to market, since some are contributors to both.
